Privacy policy · updated June 2026
Your privacy
CaseRadar is a free, independently operated tool. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- When you use the checker: the selections you enter — category, country of chargeability, and priority date. These are processed in your browser to show your result. We log an anonymous “check” event (your selections, no email) to understand which tools are useful.
- When you subscribe: your email address and the case profile you chose (category, country, priority date), plus a timestamped record of your consent.
- Automatically: a coarse country signal from your connection (not precise location), and standard analytics. We do not collect or store USCIS receipt numbers in the Visa Bulletin tool.
How we use it
- To show your Visa Bulletin result and email you when your category moves.
- To send you the bulletin alerts you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- To improve the tools.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers strictly to run CaseRadar — for example, Cloudflare (hosting and database) and, only if you subscribe, an email provider to deliver your alerts. We donot sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. If that ever changes — for instance, if we add an optional way to connect you with a licensed attorney — we will tell you clearly and ask first.
Retention
We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you provided it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using its unsubscribe link.
- Access or delete your data — email privacy@caseradar.io.
